Returns

We want you to feel confident shopping with Joint Protect.

• Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Exchanges: If your item is defective or damaged, we’ll send you a replacement at no additional cost.

• Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards and downloadable products.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is faulty.
